President Trump to make Oval Office announcement

The White House is fueling a great deal of speculation Tuesday morning, teasing an announcement by President Trump that is expected to start at 1 p.m. CDT. The President's public schedule has been very light in recent days and this comes as Congress returns to work after the long holiday weekend.
