The plaintiff is suing her former landlord for not returning the entire security deposit to her when she moved out. She says the landlord even thanked her for taking such good care of the unit she and her family lived in. The defendant, however, claims the plaintiff left several broken items at the unit and things were missing, so he didn’t return the full security deposit to her.
