Stolen Identity for Student Loans

The plaintiff and defendant dated in high school, but the plaintiff says his ex-girlfriend, the defendant, changed when she went to college. He claims the defendant stole his identity and forged his name on her student loan papers. He’s suing for the cost of loans and unreturned property. The defendant argues the plaintiff agreed to cosign on her loans.
