I Will Not Leave My Mother

The plaintiff says she met the defendant while on vacation, and they started dating. Everything was great with them until she got pregnant, and that was when the defendant’s mother got controlling. She is suing him today for unpaid child support. The defendant says he and his mother were kind enough to take the defendant in when she discovered she was pregnant. He also says the child custody case has yet to be closed, so no child support has been ordered. He is countersuing for emotional distress.
