UNC bound Deja Kelly and Duncanville needing a win over Cedar Hill in the Region 1 final to go to state.

First quarter, and there's Kelly with her favorite shot, the baseline jumper. Panthereettes up 17-11.

But the Lady Longhorns weren't about to roll over. After Iyonia Smith turns it over, she steals it right back and find's Portia Adams in the corner for 3. Cedar Hill within a bucket.

Then the tight Cedar Hill defense causes another turnover as Anzhane' Hutton steals it from Kelly and scores 2 of her 22 points.

Duncanville will hang on to this one though. There's Kelly with the hesitation move and then straight to the rack for the basket and foul. She scored 27 points as the Pantherettes are heading to state with the 56-54 win
