Don’t Judge a Blind Man

The plaintiff says her ex-boyfriend lies about being blind to scam women out of their money, and she has evidence to prove it! She is suing him today for an unpaid loan she gave him to pay off a credit card, and another for a home they purchased. The defendant insists he is legally blind and has repaid most of the loan already. He is countersuing for unpaid bills, emotional distress, and personal property, which come from a housing agreement the plaintiff did not uphold.
