Bust a Move, Not a Window

The plaintiff argues the two defendants were arguing with each other by her car when one took a swing at the other with a baseball bat. Instead of landing on the intended target, the bat ended up damaging the car, so she’s suing. The defendant admits to damaging the car but insists the plaintiff never showed him estimates for the vehicle, and actually harassed him for it, so he’s countersuing.
