The plaintiff says he let the defendant move in but now regrets it due to the defendant’s drinking, claiming he consumes up to 30 beers a day. He is suing for unpaid rent, phone bills, and a loan. The defendant admits to being a heavy drinker in the past but says he now only drinks six to 12 beers a day. He agrees he owes some money but says he worked off most of his debt and doesn’t owe the full amount.
