a CLASSIC MEXICAN MACARONI SALAD aka Ensalada de Coditos con Jamón now let me tell you this is the one salad every mom and Tia makes and brings to the carne asada, it’s the best cold salad to serve during this time of year!

Original recipe 👉🏽
‼️allow it to chill for at least 30 minutes but the longer the better
** add celery and shredded carrots

Ingredients
7 oz elbow macaroni pasta
1/2 onion
Salt
2 bay leaves
14 oz ham
14 oz sweet corn
4 green onions
1 red bell pepper
Pickled jalapeño (I use 4 )and 2 tbsp of it’s juice
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp garlic salt, black pepper, salt
