Ingredients:
3 lbs Chuck roast
4 tsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
4 tbsp APF
10 New Mexico Chile pods
1/4 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp beef bouillon
2 tsp ground cumin
2 1/2 tsp oregano
4 cups water
2 bay leaves
