A quick recipe
🍮To a mixer add 1/2 cup coconut, 1 inch cinnamon, 2 cardamom( you can add nutmeg, cloves also) and blend it.
🍮Extract thick coconut milk
Now to a pan add 3 tbsp sugar and caramelise it.
🍮Turn off the flame and 3/4 cup Karupatti / palm sugar powder.
🍮Keep mixing it, if it gets thick add 2 tbsp water and mix well.
🍮Allow it to cool down for 2 min and add thick coconut milk 1 cup (1 cup -125ml) and mix well.
🍮Then to a mixer add 3 eggs and beat it.
🍮To a bowl add eggs, Karupatti coconut milk and mix well & filter it.
🍮Now to a Tiffen grease ghee and add the mix.
🍮Cover it with the lid and steam 25 min.
🍮Refrigerate 3 hours and serve it chill.
