Did You Belch?

The plaintiff met the defendant through his witness and discovered quickly that she was a violent drunk. He is suing her for assaulting him and cutting his thumb with a knife. The defendant says the plaintiff made her life a living hell. She also says he was the one to attack her with a knife, but she was falsely charged, so she’s countersuing for damaged property and a bail bond.
