She claims they were still romantically involved just six weeks ago and is suing for emotional distress and half of a bail bond after the defendant allegedly had her falsely arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. The defendant calls the plaintiff a “50-year-old crackhead” who’s jealous of her younger age. She claims the plaintiff came at her with a knife and is countersuing for harassment.
