Crack Addiction Eviction

The plaintiff says he’s a recently recovering crack addict who’s part of an inpatient program. He’s suing his stepson for an illegal eviction. The defendant says both the plaintiff and his mother were drug addicts when he was growing up, but he allowed them to move in with his family.
