Chokehold After Church

The plaintiff knows the defendant because they go to the same church and he works with the plaintiff’s ex-wife. The plaintiff says he got arrested on Easter, and when he got home, his ex-wife was moving their belongings out and the defendant happened to be there. The plaintiff says he tried getting some things, but there an altercation ensued with the defendant. He’s suing for lost wages and assault.
