Bee Gees & Sister Lesley Gibb Live “Message To You” 1969

Here is an audio clip of the Bee Gees (Maurice & Barry Gibb), performing the song I’ve Gotta Get a Message to You live together with their sister Lesley Gibb, in 1969 on the BBC show Talk of the Town. This was during the time where Robin Gibb had left the band and Robert Stigwood had the idea to replace him with Lesley, for an upcoming show. With little experience, other than three weeks of intense rehearsals, Lesley joined her brothers on stage. Lesley said "It was amazing. I loved it ... but it wasn't for me. I had my twins to get back to and Robin came back soon after"
