A Van for the Baby

The plaintiff says she dated the defendant, who turned out to be a cheater who gets everyone pregnant. She says he gave her a van as a gift, only to take it back a few weeks later, so she’s suing him for the car and registration fees. The defendant denies buying the van for the plaintiff, and so he denies owing her for it.
