The plaintiff bought the building where the defendant lived. He claims the defendant is an alcoholic and a crackhead and says he realized this after the defendant dropped a bag of crack under his porch. He’s suing his former tenant today for damages and unpaid rent. The defendant says the crack wasn’t hers and claims the plaintiff is the one who displayed questionable behavior because he always wanted to have sex with her daughter’s teenage friends.
