Landlord Constantly Entered the Home Unannounced

The plaintiff rented an apartment from the defendant. However, the plaintiff says the defendant had to move out because the landlord constantly went into the home unannounced. The plaintiff says the defendant broke into the apartment and even damaged her dresses, so she’s suing. The defendant argues the plaintiff failed to pay rent.
