“City Council shall convene into closed executive session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code to seek legal advice from the City Attorney regarding the following matters:

a. Pamela McAllister v. City of Duncanville Case No. 05-22-00451-CV in
the Fifth Court of Appeals.

b. Legal issues involving Special Use Permits for Short Term Rentals
under the Duncanville Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and Code of
Ordinance.”
